Many say it quite good for anxiety and relaxation and it is flavored with quite mild organic mint & lemon oils along with monk fruit extract that doesn't spike your sugars. Along with the CBD the only other ingredient is their organic non-gmo sunflower lecithin, which is good for the heart, among other things.
